The Democratic Party says it will release the majority of caucus results Tuesday by 5 pm EST… following a disastrous night of caucusing in Iowa.
Claiming victory out of the chaos is U.S. President Trump, who took to twitter, calling the evening an "unmitigated disaster", and suggesting it as evidence that Democrats cannot be trusted to lead the country.
