EU MEMBER STATES ASSEMBLE TO PLUG BUDGET SHORTFALL AFTER BREXIT

Representatives of each EU country are meeting in Brussels to decide its budget for the next seven years.

It's expected to be over a trillion US dollars, but there are big questions about how they'll fill the gap left by the UK's departure - or whether they should at all.
