Former US Vice President Joe Biden says he's staying in the Presidential race, despite a deeply disappointing finish in the New Hampshire primaries.
He cancelled plans to host a rally in the state and instead traveled to South Carolina, where he told an audience made up of African American and Latino voters that he has no plans to quit the race at this very early stage.
