Belgium's Prime Minister Sophie Wilmes has made her first official visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
She is scheduled to open the Belgian Consulate in the DRC's southeastern city of Lubumbashi and discuss bilateral issues with Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi.
