AUSTRALIA: Aboriginal non-citizens cannot be deported - High Court

The Australian government has had its attempt to deport two men with Aboriginal heritage thrown out after a ruling by the High Court in Canberra.
The ruling means the government can no longer deport any person with Aboriginal heritage regardless of their birthplace or citizenship.
