Repercussions from Soleimani's killing dramatically alter Middle East outlook

Iran says it will no longer abide by the commitments it made under the nuclear deal negotiated by the Obama administration.


Meanwhile, the Parliament in Iraq has ordered the expulsion of all foreign troops - including British personnel - stationed in the country following Thursday night's US assassination in Baghdad of General Qasem Soleimani.
