Ghana heads to the polls in December to elect a president and members of parliament. With just 10 months to the elections, the electoral commission says the country needs a new voters' roll because the one available currently is no longer fit for purpose. But the largest opposition party and other smaller parties disagree and are staging protests against the new voters' register.
