Kobe Bryant helicopter wasn’t legal to fly in poor visibility

It's been revealed the helicopter that crashed killing basketball
legend Kobe Bryant, was not legally allowed to fly in poor weather
conditions.

Nine people died in the incident that happened in heavy fog last weekend.
