Western and Arab powers met in Berlin on Sunday for peace talks on Libya, attended by some of the world's most influential heads of state.
The talks resulted in a renewed pledge to respect a UN arms-embargo, and for parties to stop providing military to Libya's warring factions.
But the meeting failed to failed a concrete agreement on a lasting ceasefire in the country.
