White House won’t take part in House Judiciary impeachment hearing

The White House has informed the House Judiciary Committee that it
won't take part in its first impeachment proceeding.

Democrats had set the Trump administration a Sunday evening deadline
on whether they'd send a lawyer to Wednesday's hearing.
