The United States and China are committed to a trade deal despite the cancelation of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Chile, where leaders of both countries were slated to finalize an interim agreement.
Speaking to reporters in India, U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said that both countries are working hard to conclude a deal.
