Otto Warmbier's parents call on Seoul to address N. Korea's rights abuses

The parents of American Otto Warmbier have called on the South Korean government to pressure North Korea over its human rights abuses. Warmbier died in the United States in 2017 shortly after his release from North Korea, where he had been detained for 17 months.
