A 27 year-old man who strangled British backpacker, Grace Millane, to death, has been convicted of murder.
A jury at Auckland's high court rejected the defendant's claim that she died accidentally during "rough sex".
The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, showed no emotion on hearing the verdict.
