A White House official will tell an impeachment probe he was so disturbed by President Trump's request for Ukraine's president to investigate his political rival he reported it to a lawyer.
Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, a top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, was one of a few White House officials listening in to Mr Trump's July phone call.
