While in Washington, Indian Foreign Minister defends purchase of S400 missiles

Subramanyam Jaishankar, India's foreign affairs minisister  has called the country's decision to buy the S400 missile from Russia "a sovereign right".

He also added that India should be allowed to buy what it wants from whomever it wants to meet its defence needs.
