In what is the fourth such round-up of illegal fishermen in the Sea of Japan in recent weeks, Russia's Federal Security Service has confirmed that it has detained 64 North Korean poachers.
The detentions have sparked a rare confrontation between North Korea and Russia, which sees itself as an ally of Pyongyang.
