A 1000 page report following an inquiry into the Grenfell Tower blaze, which killed 72 people in London has been released.
The fire which took place in June 2017 was the biggest loss of life in London since the Second World War.
Survivors have welcomed the report, which heavily criticised the actions of the London Fire Brigade and their preparedness for a blaze of this scale.
