UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's plan for an early election has again been rejected by British lawmakers.
He failed to win the support of two-thirds of MPs he needed to get the election he wanted on October 15th.
Mr Johnson continues to insist he will take Britain out of the European Union by October 31st, despite new legislation aimed at avoiding a 'no deal' Brexit.
