Russia criticises U.S. for Idlib strikes

Russia has accused the U.S. of endangering a ceasefire in the Syrian province of Idlib. On Saturday, the U.S. Central Command said an al-Qaeda facility was targeted in the area. Julia Chapman reports from Moscow.
