Intro
Another meeting between Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan has begun in Sudan to seek a solution on the dispute over Ethiopia filling and operating a new dam on River Nile . For 8 years Egypt has been opposed to Ethiopia building the dam on the river claiming it will reduce watsr into Egypt and affect its livelihood.
