No changes to Irish Backstop until after Withdrawal Agreement -Barnier


The EU's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier insists no changes will be made to the Irish backstop until after the UK ratifies the EU Withdrawal Agreement.


The British Government however says the backstop must be abolished, or a deal will not be reached.
