Iranian President says no nuclear negotiations without sanctions relief

Iran's President Hassan Rouhani says he will not hold nuclear
negotiations with the United States while American economic sanctions
remain in place.

He was speaking at the United Nations where European leaders have been
trying to broker a meeting between President Rouhani and President
Donald Trump.
