COURT RULES UK PARLIAMENT SUSPENSION 'UNLAWFUL'

A Scottish court has ruled UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's suspension of Parliament on Tuesday was unlawful.

Opposition MPs say the move was anti-democratic and reduced scrutiny on his Brexit plans.
