US imposing extra tariffs on China, as UN warns of "friction"

The US is imposing additional tariffs on China, 10% on $300 billion
dollars worth of goods starting on September 1st.

It comes on the same day the UN Secretary General said he was
"troubled by growing friction" between the two countries.
