British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is meeting his German counterpart Angela Merkel on Wednesday.
He is expected to lay out his position on removing the controversial Irish border backstop clause from the EU withdrawal agreement. But this is not expected to be met with much enthusiasm in Berlin.
