Trump accuses Democrats of playing ‘race card’

Donald Trump has accused Democrats of playing the race card as a spat
between the President and an African-American congressman continues.

Elijah Cummings has fiercely criticized the President's handling of
the border and conditions migrants being held there face.

In response President Trump described Cummings' district in Baltimore
as disgusting and rat infested.
