Traders Drag Uganda & Rwanda to Court

Intro;

 

Cross border traders in Uganda have dragged Uganda and Rwanda to the East Africa Court of Justice over the continued border closure.

 

The traders represented by three Civil Society Organizations say the move is in contravention of the treaty for the establishment of the East African Community and the Common Market Protocol.
