AUSTRALIA: Referendum on constitutional recognition of first nations within three years

Australians will have the chance to vote on changing the nation's constitution to recognise the nation's first peoples within the next three years.
But Indigenous Australians Minister Ken Wyatt has stressed the government will not go ahead with a referendum until it's certain it will succeed.
