Uganda is calling for caution following the United Nations Security Council's recent decision to draw down troops from the African Union's Mission in Somalia.
The security council ordered a reduction of a thousand troops from the Peace Keeping Mission as part of the plan to gradually transfer responsibility to the Somali forces.
