Georgian president welcomes Russian tourists amid standoff

Georgia's president has called for Russian tourists to continue visiting her country despite a ban on flights due to come into effect on July 8th. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree preventing Russian citizens from flying to the Caucasian country after protests in the capital Tbilisi. Julia Chapman reports from Moscow.
