BORIS: BREXIT DEAL POSSIBLE BY OCTOBER 31

Front-runner to be the next UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he doesn't believe Britain will leave the EU without a deal.

However, he admits he'll need EU co-operation to avoid a hard border with Ireland and trade tariffs, if a no deal Brexit does happen.

Mr Johnson's committed again to leaving the bloc on October 31st if he wins the Conservative Party leadership race.

But in an interview with the BBC he's declined to answer questions about his private life.

Work and Pensions Secretary Amber Rudd says she hasn't yet heard Mr Johnson explain how he can guarantee Brexit by the end of October.
