The South African runner Caster Semenya has lost an appeal against The International Association of Athletics Federations rules designed to limit naturally high testosterone levels in some female runners.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport in the Swiss city of Lausanne made the announcement on Wednesday.
It's being called a landmark decision for the future of athletics.
