German biscuit heiress apologizes over ‘forced labor’ remarks

The wealthy heiress of an iconic German biscuit company has apologized for remarks that appeared to downplay the firm's use of forced labor during the Nazi era.


The controversy has led to calls for a boycott of Bahlsen products, including the famous Leibniz [LIBE NITS] cookies.
