The European Union says it will use "all appropriate measures" to protect its businesses in Cuba after the United States lifted a ban on its citizens filing lawsuits against investors there.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini says it may take the case the World Trade Organisation.
