White House staffer says 25 individuals given security clearances despite "serious disqualifying issues"


A White House staffer says senior officials gave security clearances to 25 individuals whose applications were initially rejected.

US President Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, and his son-in-law Jared Kushner are reported to be among them.
