AUSTRALIA: Environment Group rates Australian government a FAIL on climate policies

In Australia, an environmental group has scored the climate policies of the major political parties as the nation reaches the tree week mark before the federal election, and given the federal coalition a fail while Labor scraped through with a pass mark.
The Greens, however, scored a high distinction.
