Salisbury to be declared decontaminated

The English city of Salisbury is being declared decontaminated almost a year after a nerve agent attack.

Former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter were poisoned with Novichok on the 4th March last year. Mr Skripal's house and 11 other potentially affected sites are soon to be declared safe.
