UN says North Korea's missile programme is intact

The United Nations says North Korea's ballistic missile programme remains intact and the country is defying UN sanctions.

A report to the 15-member U.N. Security Council sanctions committee comes ahead of a second planned summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un later this month.
