The International Court of Justice is set to re-open a fourteen-year old case between the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighbour Uganda. Uganda has continuously asked the international court to review a ten billion dollar reparation payment for its armed activities in the DRC. Leon Solomon reports from Kampala, Uganda
