Afghan president dismisses Moscow peace talks

Afghanistan's President Ashraf Ghani has questioned the legitimacy of peace talks in Moscow, which do not include his government. He said the dialogue was 'nothing more than a fantasy'. But the talks, which continue today [on Wednesday] include both high-ranking opposition politicians and representatives of the Taliban. Moscow Correspondent Lucy Taylor reports.
