US China trade talks resume

The US and China have resumed talks aimed at finding an end to the trade war.

US President Trump has threatened to raise tariffs on $200 billion of Chinese goods to 25 percent from 10 percent if a deal cannot be reached by the March 1st deadline.

The meetings are being held in Washington, from where Kate Fisher reports
