Trump threatens national emergency as shutdown continues

U.S President Donald Trump says he would have the absolute right to
declare a national emergency to secure funding for a border wall.

The partial government shutdown has lasted 20 days so far as Democrats
refuse to include cash for a wall in a funding bill.

President Trump visited the border with Mexico Thursday and threatened
to declare a national emergency if lawmakers can't reach a deal.

U.S. correspondent Liling Tan reports.
