Manchester terror stabbing suspect detained under mental health laws

A 25 year old man has been detained under mental health laws after stabbing three people including a police officer in a Manchester train station on New Year's Eve.   

Police say the man launched a frenzied attack in an incident which is being treated as terror related.  From London, Catherine Drew reports.
