UK GOVT 'IN CONTEMPT OF PARLIAMENT' AHEAD OF BREXIT VOTE

The UK government's been found in contempt of parliament by MPs and will now publish legal advice given to it on Theresa May's Brexit deal.

The vote by lawmakers, which is thought to be unprecedented, is embarrassing to Mrs May as she starts several days of debate on her agreement with the EU.

She's currently expected to lose a vote on the deal in Parliament on December 11th.

UK correspondent Olly Barratt says the contempt motion is a blow for Theresa May.
