The European Court of Justice has ruled the UK could revoke its decision to leave the EU unilaterally.
And the ECJ says the cancelling of Brexit would see Britain staying in the European Union on existing terms.
It comes as the UK government insists it is going ahead with a vote in Parliament on Tuesday on the Brexit deal its reached with Brussels.
This despite UK Prime Minister Theresa May facing a heavy defeat in the House of Commons.
Conservative MP Maggie Throup says she's backing the Prime Minister to make sure Britain doesn't crash out with no deal in place.
