'CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS' OVER BREXIT LEGAL ADVICE

The UK faces a 'constitutional crisis' over Brexit, according to the opposition Labour Party.

It's urging Prime Minister Theresa May to publish the full legal advice on the Brexit deal she's reached with Brussels.

The government says the advice is confidential and publication would set a dangerous precedent.

It comes ahead of a parliamentary vote on the deal on December 11th.

And Conservative MP Mark Francois is among those in Theresa May's own party backing calls for the legal advice to be published in full.
