The interpreter who helped broker a landmark nuclear treaty between the Soviet Union and the US has told this programme that the treaty's demise could lead to new nuclear warheads poised over Europe and Asia. Pavel Palazhcenko helped create the INF treaty which banned the two countries from producing intermediate warheads - but President Trump is pulling out of the deal. Dan Ashby spoke to Mr Palazhcenko.
