Indian farmers stage massive protest in Delhi

Thousands of farmers in India are marching to Parliament to make demands including for their debts to be written off amid what many farmers describe as "a crisis" in he sector. 

This comes ahead of a general election due in the country by May next year, which is adding to the pressure on the government.
