European court finds that Russian opposition is unfairly arrested and controlled

The European Court on Human Rights has fined Russia 64 thousand euros for repeatedly detaining the leader of the opposition, Alexey Navalny. As Dan Ashby reports, it is a major blow to the credibility of Russian democracy.
