Chinese warship forces U.S. ship to change course

The U.S. Navy has accused a Chinese warship of sailing in an unsafe
and unprofessional manner after a U.S. vessel was forced to change
course.

The incident occurred as the American destroyer was passing by
disputed territory in the South China Sea.
